Challenges of Teacher Autonomy for Professional Competence

Teacher autonomy is essential for their professional competence. Unless they are accountable at profession, there will not be any positive output in the domain of teaching and learning. The main objectives this study were to explore teachers' perceptions on impact teacher enhancing competences, identify how far level affects competences teachers, investigate existing practices Tribhuvan University. phenomenological research design was adopted accomplish study. Ten English teachers least 2 from each 5constituent colleges University selected as a sample using purposive non-random sampling procedure collect data.
